Occasionally, I write something worth reading. More often, I read something worth reading and feel obliged to pass it on.
It would be a travesty of justice to not share this blog with every parent I know. You may have already seen it circulating the blogosphere or on Facebook. But in case you haven’t, I wanted to link you to it.
Adam McClane is a youth ministry veteran and someone I admire for his principled, progressive views regarding family, social media, and faith. I am not close with him, but we are Facebook friends and I know enough about him to know this long-ish read is worth your time. Especially if you have a teenager. Especially if you have never heard of SnapChat.
I do not agree with every single thing he says in this blog, but I do agree with the sentiment. Parents, this is the most important thing you’ll read today.
